About Us

The Ruler Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 2009 after a management buyout of a trading division of Fountain Timber products where the current Managing Director had run the department for many years.

The history can be traced back many generations, through various owners and principals, including being part of the Helix Group and more recently trading as Gardner Wilson in the North West of England.
